In the chapel of the Center Mr. Calabria of St. Mark street, an artistic glass door was installed, a wall of light (6 meters for 290) that Pippo Borrello realized complimentary to the saint priest veronese, apostle of the charity. Subject, the parable of the Good Samaritan.

"I was called by brother Charles Don Calabria Institute who put me in touch with don First Ferrari who, besides show me the theme, I commissioned the work", says Borrello, who is now preparing an exhibit on his pictorial activity at the Palazzo della Gran Guardia, which will be held from 23 June to 11 July, with presentation of Daniela Zumiani.

"I ran before the sketch on paper, in proportion with the window. In addition to the protagonists of the story, I added on the left the figure of don Calabria, the good Samaritan of our times, with its good children, and a large tree of life, a symbol of help that can save a life. I have documented, even with the help of monsignor Alberto Piazzi, prefect of the Biblioteca Capitolare, clothing of the Samaritan, the priest, Levite, the landscape of place: Jericho, built in a position below sea level, and Jerusalem, top".

The wayfarer hurt by the brigands is assisted by the samaritan, while the others two get further indifferent. The image is composed from to plot with reliefs and subsidence, settles to fire between them. The clouds are loaded of premonitions, the sea in distance is crossed by a trembling of wind, the cities are risen smooth on the boundaries, the vegetation is lush. "After having delivered the sketch" Borrello explains, "The execution has been submitted to Giuseppe Rappa, glazier of the laboratory Mr. Calabria in Rome that has implemented the technique of fusing to 820 degrees and has placed the work in the chapel. I have personally followed both the operations".

The job has been inaugurated on the occasion of the annual meeting among the ex students of the institute.
