International Art Prize Modigliani Award to Pippo Borrello
The artist Pippo Borrello has been recently awarded «The International Modigliani Art Prize» in the exposition of «Spoleto Art», curated by Vittorio Sgarbi.
The award ceremony took place at the Modigliani House and at Leti Sansi Palace in Spoleto. The artist presented the mixed technique on canvas «A tribute to Renata Tebaldi».
In the motivation dedicated to Borrello we read: «The selection of his work for this award certifies his valuable contribution to the world of art and his strong stylistic personality. We congratulate with him for the talent demonstrated and the ramarkable communicative skills shown».
Professor Alberto D’Atanasio says: «The Modigliani prize is an international recognition that aims to rediscover an important Italian master of the twentieth century».
